How is my price determined?
Your price is determined by the item’s you select and your location for deliveries.
Can I get my order sooner?

Payment
How do I go about making payment?
Our website is currently being updated to make it easier to purchase our items.

To purchase items please call us on 01902 490604 and we can process your order.

Returns
If I don't like my Good's, can I return them?
Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of

payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping

costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on the items purchased the items will be sent via ParcelForce or Pallet.
Can you deliver my good's if I am local?
For local delivery please call us on 01902 490604 with your item codes and we can advise on Local Delivery.
Can I come pick up my good's?
Yes, our showroom is open for collection of goods. Please call us on 01902 490604 and we can take your order and advice on collection date.
Can you ship internationally?

Yes we can ship most items internationally. Please call us on 01902 490604 or email us at retailsupplies@live.co.uk with your order and your address and we will give you a price on shipping.

Delivery charges to Northern Ireland, Rep of Ireland, Islands, Highlands and remote areas are subject to quotation and may take longer. Your order will be held until additional delivery charges have been confirmed and agreed.
